Property disputes

I have acted for clients in:

• Applications for the extension of operation of a caveat (both for applicants and respondents)
• Claims made in the Supreme Court of WA for the declaration of an equitable interest in land
• Court-ordered sales of jointly owned land, otherwise known as co-ownership disputes
• Claims for specific performance, and damages, where the seller or buyer fails to settle on land, in breach of contact (i.e. the standard REIWA contract for the sale of land by offer and acceptance)
• Disputes between landlord and tenant arising from termination of the lease agreement
