Debt recovery service for WA lawyers

It is a notorious fact that lawyers are overly reluctant to sue clients for unpaid bills.

In my opinion, lawyers in WA are writing-off bills too much.

I will discount my fees for lawyers who engage me to sue a former client.  I will charge scale-rate only and then, on top of that, discount all professional fees by 10%.

Credibility

Experience tells me that lawyers should not act for themselves when suing clients for fees.

In my opinion, getting someone else to act looks more credible in the eyes of the Court - and importantly - more credible in the eyes of the debtor.

Why I am credible in this space

I am in a good position to do this kind of work because:

• I am an expert in the Magistrates Court of WA, where most claims would be made, and
• also do legal costs consultancy work.

My legal costs consultancy work has typically been on behalf of clients. 

But, I am also happy to act for lawyers in a legal costs dispute with former clients.
