We will only act for a law practice that Vogt Graham Lawyers does not act against. This is either in a case that is on foot or more generally.
Our costs will be solicitor/client scale costs only. This means a high recoverability rate of legal costs from the debtor, plus a 10% discount on professional fees.
We can handle enforcement.
We can act for the law practice if the client makes an application for taxation of costs at the Supreme Court and/or if there is a conciliation conference at the Legal Profession Complaints Committee. Again, we will only charge on a scale basis.
I will do all court appearances, including any trial.
I will be your point of contact.
We can act in relation to enforcement, including bankruptcy applications.
